The Arctic Preservation Initiative
Søre Fagerfjord could serve as the cornerstone of a wider Arctic conservation and natural-capital initiative.
Long-term ownership comes first
Our objective is to find an owner or owners with the capacity and perspective to preserve Søre Fagerfjord for future generations. The opportunity may remain straightforward: acquire AS Kulspids and keep the property intact and protected.
A wider platform is optional. A future owner could develop it around the property, with selected co-investors, philanthropic partners, family offices, foundations, scientific institutions and environmental organisations.
An independent environmental foundation
An independent foundation could operate alongside a separate investment structure. Philanthropic contributions and a share of future proceeds could support conservation, biodiversity protection, scientific research and climate initiatives throughout the Arctic.
A separate natural-capital platform
Alongside the objective of preserving Søre Fagerfjord, a wider platform could invest separately in qualifying nature-based solutions, carbon projects, biodiversity initiatives and other environmental assets. The objective would be measurable environmental impact and, where appropriate, sustainable financial returns.
Potential future financing
Expansion could draw on investment capital, philanthropy and natural-capital projects. Tokenised investment in the wider platform could also be explored, separately from ownership of AS Kulspids.
These are potential future structures for consideration, rather than an established platform or a current token offering.
